Refund policy

SELF-ADORE RETURN POLICY

1. We accept returns under the following conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must have no return bands intact and unaltered.

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns. 

For all swimwear customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered or if any tags are missing or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

2. Purchases from Wholesale Stores

If you purchased one of our items at a wholesale store or retailer (rather than directly from Self-Adore’s website or store), please note the following:

Returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases made at wholesale locations must be handled directly with the store where the purchase was made, in accordance with their return policies.

Self-Adore cannot process returns or refunds for items purchased through third-party retailers. For any questions about items purchased at wholesale stores, you may contact us at customerservice@self-adore.com for further assistance.

3. How to Initiate a Return (Direct Purchases Only)

For purchases made directly on our website or at Self-Adore stores:

1. Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@self-adore.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item(s).

3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email confirmation with refund details once your return is processed.

5. Exchanges

How to initiate an exchange, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item. Should you want to exchange a size please email us at customerservice@self-adore.com 

1. Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@self-adore.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Approval: Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item(s).

3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Place exchange order: place an order and pay for your replacement item.

5. Send new order number to our customer service team at customerservice@self-adore.com 

6. Once exchange is received you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at customerservice@self-adore.com within 7 business days of delivery. 

Include:

1. Your order number and contact information

2. Photos of the damaged/defective item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. 

7. International Returns

For orders outside of USA, you are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
