Shipping policy

SELF-ADORE SHIPPING POLICY

At Self-Adore, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find key details about how we handle shipping, both domestically and internationally.

U.S. SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays). Please allow extra time during peak or promotional periods.

We currently offer shipping rates based on weight and destination, calculated automatically at checkout. Estimated delivery time begins once your order has been processed and shipped. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Only orders with expedited ship methods will ship the same day if placed into the system before 1:00pm ET. The normal processing time for non-expedited orders using standard shipping placed Monday-Friday is 24-48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally through trusted global carriers. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and are based on your shipping destination and package weight.

For all international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in the final price at checkout and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority.

  • We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they vary by country and import regulations.

Refusal to pay duties/taxes resulting in a returned shipment will lead to non-refundable shipping charges, restocking fees and for customers to be liable to pay return shipping to the sender.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) where available, meaning applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout and passed to your local customs office. Please note that Self-Adore is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

ORDER VERIFICATION

To ensure smooth delivery, please enter your billing and shipping information exactly as it appears on your payment method. If details do not match, your order may be placed on hold while we verify the information. In some cases, we may reach out to you directly for confirmation.

TRACKING AND CARRIERS

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Please note that once a package is with the shipping carrier, Self-Adore is not responsible for delays related to your chosen shipping method, nor for any lost, stolen, or missing parcels. If issues arise in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
